“This was the best experience I have ever had getting
an oil change. Though getting an oil change
only occurs every so often, I have come to expect a low level of service,
courtesy, and explanation during the process. I left this location feeling
appreciated. The high level of service
made me smile! The woman who processed and explained my payment was
particularly delightful. Also, Tyrone went through everything that they would
be doing for me and how much everything would cost beforehand. He was beyond
polite and helpful. Everyone in this store/garage was incredibly friendly. Well

of my car, they held the doors for me when I was entering and leaving the
office, and the technician who went over all of
the details about my car's oil change spoke clearly and slowly, making sure
that I understood everything. The few things that I didn't know or understand,
he took the time to explain them to me.”

lounge area, the same employee that greeted me was standing near the door on
the outside. He held the door for me as I was walking out as well as I was
entering the car. He thanked me for stopping by and told me that he would see
me again in 3000 miles. There was a sticker in the corner of my window
reminding me of my next oil change and the
floors and carpets looked great. The windows were sparkling as well.”

service was impeccable. I could not have asked for better service. Upon returning to my vehicle, I immediately
inspected the windows and floors. The windows
had been cleaned and the floors had been vacuumed. It's an added bonus to have
these services done while getting the oil changed. I am completely
satisfied with the service I received.”
