This was the best experience I have ever had getting an oil change. Though getting an oil change only occurs every so often, I have come to expect a low level of service, courtesy, and explanation during the process. I left this location feeling appreciated. The high level of service made me smile! The woman who processed and explained my payment was particularly delightful. Also, Tyrone went through everything that they would be doing for me and how much everything would cost beforehand. He was beyond polite and helpful. Everyone in this store/garage was incredibly friendly. Well done and thank you.”

 

“They helped me in and out of my car, they held the doors for me when I was entering and leaving the office, and the technician who went over all of the details about my car's oil change spoke clearly and slowly, making sure that I understood everything. The few things that I didn't know or understand, he took the time to explain them to me.”

He thanked me for stopping by and told me that he would see me again in 3000 miles.
